What Effect Will Cap And Trade Have On Healthcare Insurance?

The Cap and Trade bill will not pass the Senate, therefore, the House vote was the last hurrah. It is a costly bill pushed by those on the Global Warming team. Companies are issued credits on how much in emissions they are allowed. If they have surplus credit, they can then sell it to another so-called polluting company. The idea has been raised by some progressives, to use the money collected from the energy producers to fund Healthcare Insurance. No Republicans will allow this to happen. With the 41st. vote for Republicans in the Senate now coming from Scott of Massachusetts, a Healthcare bill of any sort would be lucky to pass Congress.

Cap And Trade And Healthcare Insurance Do Not Mix

Cap and Trade even if passed by the Senate will have little if any effect on Healthcare Insurance. The only effect it could have is the air will be cleaner. This would cause less people to become ill and need Healthcare Insurance of their own or if the government ever gets around to socializing Healthcare, they will not need that care either.

The companies are fined for using more than the credits issued to them. This money will be collected by the government and wasted on its many programs. None will be spent on Healthcare Insurance, even if a Healthcare bill is passed. This is because the Healthcare Bill is incomprehensible and too difficult to understand, let alone fund. This is so because the more complicated something is, the easier it is to fleece the American people.

In addition, no member of Congress has clearly stated that the fines levied against companies producing more greenhouse gases than allotted to them would go to Healthcare. No money would be set aside to either pay for the indigent or to subsidize the young who will now have to purchase their own Healthcare coverage or be fined.
